Managing your medications can feel overwhelming, especially when you're taking multiple prescriptions. CareForMeds is here to make it simpler and give you peace of mind.

Whether you're managing your own medications or have family members helping you, CareForMeds keeps everyone informed and on track.

What You Can Do

• Track all your medications in one place
• Get reminders so you never miss a dose
• Monitor your adherence to see how well you're staying on track
• Share with family so they can help when needed
• Request refills before you run out

Your First Steps

Step 1: Add Your Medications

Start by adding the medications you're currently taking:

1. Click Add Medication on your dashboard
2. Enter each medication's name and strength (from the bottle)
3. Set when you take it (morning, evening, etc.)
4. Pro tip: Use the Scan Label feature to capture details automatically from your prescription bottle

Step 2: Set Up Reminders

Never forget a dose:

1. Go to Settings > Notifications
2. Enable Push Notifications
3. Allow notifications when your browser asks
4. You'll now get a gentle reminder before each dose is due

Step 3: Invite Family (Optional)

Let family members help keep track:

1. Go to Settings > Family Access
2. Click Invite Family Member
3. Enter their email address
4. They'll receive an invitation to join your care team

Your family can view your medications and adherence, and get alerts if you miss a dose. You stay in control of what they can see.

Understanding Your Dashboard

When you log in, you'll see:

• Today's Doses — What you need to take and when
• Adherence Score — How consistently you've been taking medications
• Upcoming Refills — Medications running low
• Recent Activity — Your latest dose logs
