Missed Dose Protocol
1. DON'T double up (without doctor OK)
2. Log as missed in app
3. Contact patient to check in
4. Add note explaining what happened
5. If critical med → call provider
High-Alert Medications
Extra vigilance required:
- Blood thinners (Warfarin, Eliquis, Xarelto)
- Insulin
- Opioids (Oxycodone, Hydrocodone)
