- Confirm time and status
- Add optional notes ("Took with breakfast")
- Click Save
Tip: Log doses right away while you're together. It's easy to forget later.
Handling Alerts
When you receive an alert:
Missed Dose Alert
- Check when the dose was due
- Contact your loved one (call, text, visit)
- Help them take it if appropriate
- Log the outcome (taken late, missed, etc.)
Low Adherence Alert
- Review the pattern — what's being missed?
- Have a supportive conversation
- Consider if the schedule needs adjusting
- Discuss with their healthcare provider if ongoing
Refill Alert
- Check which medication is running low
- Verify if they have refills remaining
- Submit refill request or call pharmacy
- Update inventory when refill is picked up
Managing Multiple Patients
If you're caring for more than one person:
Prioritization
- Red alerts take priority
- Critical medications (blood thinners, insulin) first
- Check everyone at least once daily
Organization Tips
- Set a daily check-in time (e.g., 9 AM review)
- Use notes to track conversations
- Divide responsibilities if other caregivers are involved
Switching Between Patients
- Use the tabs or dropdown to switch
- Dashboard shows summary of all patients
- Set up different notification sounds per patient (in Settings)
